Apple's Adoption Of ZFS Actually Sounds Cool

I had heard in the past that the best feature of Sun's Solaris operating system was that it had the ZFS file system, but that didn't mean squat to me because I didn't know what was cool about it. Then Apple said they were going to start using ZFS and it still sounded like, "Uh, yeah, maybe that will be a cool thing."

But finally, somebody who explains in a few short paragraphs what makes ZFS cool. Thank you.
